“We would just like to express our thanks for the wonderful response my daughter Laura and I have received from your organisation.
All staff we have encountered via phone and email have been so kind and thoughtful during our experience of losing our cars and home in the flood that occurred on Tuesday the 11th of January. Our initial call to advise of our car losses was made on Thursday the 13th of January after escaping our flooded area, on Friday the 14th of January we received a call from Rachel offering us both a one hundred dollars donation to assist with expenses, our cars were assessed on Monday the 17th of January, our vehicles towed away on Thursday the 20th of January and today Friday the 21st of January we received the call that our payouts will be in our banks early next week. "Thanks again for all your help, you have made a nightmare the smoothest thing I have ever encounted. It was nice to have you on the web and also on the phone, and your fellow staff members were just as helpful when you were not there.
