Making a claim?

Claim online. Go to My Buzz (use your email address to log in) and at the My Policies section, click on the relevant policy and then click the ‘claim’ button. Click here for the My Buzz tutorial.

Is it an emergency? Is your car undrivable or unsafe to drive? Speak to the Buzz Claims team on 1300 72 98 70.

Information to have ready when making a claim.

You'll need your email address and password to access MyBuzz. Forgotten your password? Just hit the "Forgotten Your Password?" and get sent a new temporary password.

Location and time of when your car or property was damaged

Details about the damage to the car or property (including any details about existing damage).

Details of where your car is now? e.g Is it at home? Was it towed to a repairer or holding yard?

If someone was involved, we'll need their details.

If contents items are involved, make a list if you can.

Need a tow? If you need a tow truck to attend an accident scene in Melbourne or Mornington Peninsula Controlled Area in Victoria, please call 13 11 76. If you need a tow truck to attend a scene in the metropolitan area in Adelaide, please call 08 8231 555.Otherwise, please call 1300 72 98 70.

Windscreen or glass damaged?  Don’t drive your car - call O'Briens on 13 16 16 if you need your windscreen or glass replaced or repaired.

No need to rush and get a quote.  A Buzz assessor will contact you within 48-72 hours of lodging your claim.
