If your car becomes unusable as a result of an accident on the roads, our hire car option is there to cover you. An optional addition to your car insurance policy offered through the team at Thrifty, The Buzz’s hire car extra provides you with an automatic 7 days of car hire priced at $45 per day. If you need the hire car for longer while you’re waiting for repairs or your claim to be completed, we’ll provide it to you for up to 21 days.

To add further value, we’ll also try to match the hire car with one similar to your own up to $45 per day for drivers over 21. $2,000 will also be provided towards any excess you pay as a result of loss or damage to the hire car.
