Who we are

The Buzz Insurance is Australia’s first online insurance provider that’s genuinely been shaped by the community. We insure across all Australian states and territories.

The Buzz is online. And we’ve got a few basic aims:

  • to be simple for you (because insurance is important but it can be a bit technical)
  • to be available on line for you 24/7
  • to be easy to deal with (because we know you’ve got other things to do)
  • to offer products and services that you value (it’s about what you need and when you need it)
  • to be fair and transparent (so you know what you need and what it costs)
  • and to continue to improve and grow, together, with your input (after all you are our community!)

Shaping insurance together – 1,000 ideas and counting

We started to develop our own online business asking people (the community) what they wanted from their insurance.

Working together with the community gave us an initial 1,000 ideas that’s helped shaped our business.

And we’ll continue to develop our online business – products, services and other information and content - in line with what the community, and our customers, want.
