My Buzz is your own secure policy area.
As a Buzz customer, this is where you can quickly and securely view all your policy documents and details, edit your policies, pay and claim. We'll also let you know if you have any money outstanding on a policy and save details from past policies for your reference.
In My Buzz you can also get a quote for a new policy and we’ll pre-populate your details to save you time!
You can access My Buzz and manage your insurance needs online, anytime that suits you.
Welcome to My Buzz.
Use your email address to login to My Buzz. A temporary password is emailed when you first register for My Buzz as a new customer. Use this to login and then save your own login details.
If you forget your password, or not sure which email you have provided, just click on the relevant link and we'll help you out quickly.
In My Details, you can change your postal address, email address and My Buzz password.
Edit contact details. Change your postal address here. This is where we’ll send any necessary correspondence. (Change your car's address in My Policies).
Edit email. Change your email address here. It's your My Buzz login and primary contact address for The Buzz.
Edit password. Change your password here.
Edit secret question. Change your secret question here.
In My Policies you can view your active and old policies including your certificates of insurance and PDS's. Choose the policy to see it in detail, make changes, pay or claim.
Edit policy. Here you can see your full policy form and make changes. For example, change your car's address or add/remove a nominated driver. Click 'ok' on each section until you find the relevant area. Make your change, click 'ok' until you reach the end. Confirm.
Claim. Click here to claim online.
Pay. Select the relevant policy and if any money is outstanding, make a one-off payment by credit card, bank account debit or Bpay.
In My Claims you can see the status of your claim and other relevant details like the repairer name and contact details and claim benefits. It's an easy way for you to keep track of your claim information.
